County and District councillor Karen May, a longstanding campaigner for resources for Bromsgrove, has secured a key agreement from the County Council and the Worcestershire LEP for a strategic traffic assessment to be undertaken for the north of the county. This is a vital step forward to improving Bromsgrove’s infrastructure needs.
Cllr May said: “I went to the LEP Board and because of the potential impact of the Wyre Forest District Plan developments, and took this case to both the County Council and the LEP. Work has now started on a strategic traffic assessment. This is not the end, but a vital step forward to get the infrastructure assessment we need.”
